作者簡介 諸葛霖 中國對外經濟貿易大學商務英語系資深教授,外貿英語函電寫作創始人。精通進出口外貿業務和進出口運輸業務,曾在日本和美國等國的研究所講學交流,主編一系列有廣泛影響的外貿英語經典書籍,深受廣大讀者好評。 王燕希 中國對外經濟貿易大學商務英語系副教授,曾赴美研修,多年來一直從事商務英語教學工作。研究範圍有商務聯繫學、商務修辭、廣告行銷等,發表過不少有關論文。著有《廣告英語》、《商貿英語》...等多本書籍。
