作者簡介 水晶(Crystal) 因為家人生病,放棄原有的工作,轉而研究飲食的食材對人體的影響。曾至西班牙巴賽隆納Arcelona Cooking學習西班牙人的飲食風格。 曾受邀東森《57健康同學會》、UDN聯合電視《健康日記》健康料理示範與知名建設公司舉辦VIP油品講座,並在全台舉辦約200場油品美食示範講座。 曾任和曼豐公司油品專業講師、德國Fissler台灣分公司體驗廚房講師及Campbell's金寶湯台灣分公司特約講師。 目前經營「水晶廚房」教授與料裡相關課程。 著有《最佳營養,快速上菜壓力鍋料理--70道輕油低鹽健康輕烹調》一書。
