母親是中菜烹飪大師傅培梅,大學畢業後跟在母親身邊學習烹飪,盡得真傳,至今有三十多年豐富料理經驗,曾主持烹飪節目多年,目前經常受邀擔任美食評審,並在各大電視美食節目示範演出,親切認真的教學與專業詳細的解說,深受觀眾喜愛。這幾年悠遊於食材之間,在傳統中出發,尋求創新,堅持要把中國菜的真正味道傳承下去!
