港蛋糕．港味道

　　以糕餅為主題，透過其發展歷史、品種演變和製作特色敘說香港潮流糕餅，大部份點心會有製作步驟、圖解說明，點出蛋糕的特色，加深讀者們了解港式糕餅的獨特性。

作者簡介

江洛洋Raymond Kong

　　本港一位資深的行政總餅師和飲食顧問總監，從事烘焙業接近50年，曾先後任職多間5、6星級酒店，並與朋友合資開設家政中心，現為多間教育機構擔任糕餅做法講師和家政中心導師。

　　Raymond KONG is an experienced and well-known pastry chef and cooking consultant in the bakery industry. In his 50 years of bakery life, he worked for a number of 5-star or 6-star hotels. He also runs a cooking center with friends, where he has many students and teaches baking with fruitful results.
