張朝陽 加州大學伯克利分校歷史學博士(2010畢業),現任上海交通大學人文學院歷史系教授。長期主講“中外文化交流兩千年”,榮獲“上海市高校留學生英文授課示範性課程”稱號,入選2021“環太平洋大學聯盟學生交換專案”(APRU-VSE)。此外,作者還參與漢辦資助、上海交通大學承辦的“漢語橋”短期項目,主講海上絲綢之路歷史文化課(英文授課)。作者在、刊物發表學術論文40餘篇,專著《中國早期民法的建構》,獨立承擔社科專案兩項,上海市以及合作專案多項。高藝上海交通大學人文學院歷史系副教授。
